We’re half way in Adrian, Texas!!! Sitting at the Mid Point Cafe enjoying a Timeless Fried Bologna sandwich!!!! Soon we will be in New Mexico and gain one hour in the Mountain Time Zone. The views are full of flat grasslands, fields, windmills, cattle and grain elevators. Amazing in a new and calming way.
